We loved our stay at this hotel. The bell service, front desk, and concierge were so polite and helpful. I knew it would be great service starting from the beginning when we were personally escorted up to our rooms to make sure everything was okay. We stayed at multiple 5 star Marriott hotels throughout our trip across Italy, and Hyatt has far been substantially better on all aspects, with this hotel being the BEST!

We loved the room and the view very much. Thanks for an incredible stay.

Has an amazing location making it easy to walk to everything. The staff are all so nice and the breakfast is really good. They have a cake of the day and the scrambled eggs are my favorite. The scrambled eggs are so creamy and yummy. The rooms are also very nice. However our bathroom was a little narrow but it was also very big as well, if that makes sense.

More of a 3.5 star. The hotel boasts a solid location, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The room size is decent and provides adequate comfort. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. At times, there is a noticeable odor from the drainage, which can be unpleasant. Noise can also be an issue, depending on the room and surroundings.

The front desk service is inconsistent—some staff members are professional and accommodating, while others seem less engaged and lack the same level of attentiveness. This contrast in service quality was noticeable and, at times, frustrating.

Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, addressing these inconsistencies would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Wonderful hotel, with absolutely everything perfect. Decor, location, very clean rooms, excellent friendly staff. Beautiful food and warming, relaxing drinks! Highly recommend a visit, we stayed as a family with two teenage daughters and we all enjoyed it very much.

I can’t describe how much we fall in love with the Hotel, atmosphere, customer service was tremendously amazing. The staff were one of the best I have dealt with during my vacations. The hotel has the best location in the heart of the town and luxury brands. I stayed for 5 nights with my family. We loved it all
