This newly opened chain of Mahalo is at very center of Kungsholmen. Very nice vegan restaurant, my personal favorite is Peas & love and Burger queen.

Ett av mina favoritställen där man får ha med sin hund! Jag har testat det mesta som finns på menyn men rekommenderar deras ”Breakfast in bed”. Acaibowlen är också oslagbar, glöm inte ta Loco toppingen. Vill man justera något så är personalen alltid flexibla och väldigt trevliga 😊 enjoy!

One of my favorite places where you can bring your dog! I have tried most of what is on the menu but recommend their "Breakfast in bed". The acai bowl is also unbeatable, don't forget to get the Loco topping. If you want to adjust something, the staff are always flexible and very nice 😊 enjoy!

Sehr leckere Gerichte und große Portionen! Die Auswahl an Veganen Gerichten ist sehr gut. Lage zentral und Plätze sowohl draußen als auch drinnen. Kostenloses Wasser steht auch zur Verfügung.

Hade verkligen längtat efter ett besök här sedan nyheten kom för några månader sedan att Mahalo skulle öppna på Kungsholmen 😊 Om det inte vore för mitt härliga lunchsällskap så tror jag betyget blivit ännu lägre tyvärr.

Maten: Brukar gilla ALLT på Mahalo men min caesarsallad idag får 2 av 5 och då är det generöst. Helt ärligt var det knappt gott, mer ätbart och att jag inte ville slänga en 145 SEK-sallad. Hade exakt två och en halv cashewnöt och ungefär 4 dl geggig quinoa mixad med några blöta, mjuka salladsblad. Inget krisp.  Krutongerna var goda och stod för krisp, så dom får ett plus.

Köpte ett bananbröd to go, bad om att inte få grädde då jag skulle äta den på tåget en timme senare. Öppnade lådan nu på tåget och där låg en skiva bananbröd utan kompott, jordgubbar eller nutella. För 79 SEK hade jag förväntat mig mer. Kanske skulle kollat innan jag lämnade men utgick från att allt låg i lådan.

Service: Trevlig tjej i kassan. Samtliga karaffer var tomma på vatten, inga rena gafflar. Servetter nästan slut (fanns fyra kvar i lådan). Åtminstone fanns två från personalen som faktiskt inte gjorde något för stunden när detta påtalades. De var hjälpsamma när jag påtalade detta och verkade lite nervösa, så det är väl ok.

Hörde en kund som väntat i 20 minuter på sin lunch när jag skulle hämta vatten, hon var inte jätteglad. Vår lunch kom efter ca 10 minuter, inga konstigheter.

Atmosfär: Superhärlig, älskar deras front med alla godsaker och färgglada smoothies m.m. Rent och fint i lokalen, avtorkade bord.

Kommer göra ett återbesök längre fram när stället inte är nytt i hopp om en bättre upplevelse.

Tror att alla som varit på Mahalo tidigare kan känna att bilderna från idag inte gör Mahalo rättvisa - men de speglar dagens besök så de får åka med. Bättre lycka nästa gång!

Had really longed for a visit here since the news came a few months ago that Mahalo would open on Kungsholmen 😊 If it wasn't for my lovely lunch company, I think the rating would have been even lower unfortunately.

The food: Usually like EVERYTHING on Mahalo but my caesar salad today gets 2 out of 5 and that's generous. Honestly, it was barely good, more edible and I didn't want to throw away a 145 SEK salad. Had exactly two and a half cashew nuts and about 4 dl of gooey quinoa mixed with some wet, soft lettuce leaves. No crisp.  The croutons were good and crisp, so they get a plus.

Bought a banana bread to go, asked not to get cream as I was going to eat it on the train an hour later. Opened the box now on the train and there was a slice of banana bread without compote, strawberries or Nutella. For SEK 79, I expected more. Maybe should have checked before I left but assumed everything was in the box.

Service: Nice girl at the checkout. All carafes were empty of water, no clean forks. Napkins almost out (there were four left in the box). At least there were two from the staff who actually did nothing at the time when this was pointed out. They were helpful when I brought this up and seemed a bit nervous, so that's ok.

Heard a customer who waited 20 minutes for her lunch when I was going to get water, she was not very happy. Our lunch arrived after about 10 minutes, no problems.

Atmosphere: Super lovely, love their front with all the goodies and colorful smoothies etc. Nice and clean in the room, wiped tables.

Will make a return visit in the future when the place is not new in the hope of a better experience.

Think that anyone who has been to Mahalo before can feel that the pictures from today don't do Mahalo justice - but they reflect today's visit so they can go along. Better luck next time!
