The best meal we had on the Amalfi Coast by far (possibly ever). The dinner was exquisite. From the ambiance of our table overlooking the Mediterranean Sea by moonlight to the beautiful music playing softly in the background- it was simply perfect. The food itself was magnificent. Each course was delivered elegantly and each bite was incredible- from the tasting round to start our med to the dessert, each course was delicious-fresh, local ingredients were delightfully present in each bite.
The chef's attention to detail from presentation to taste was exceptional. Davido was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable with each course presented. His personal touch was engaging and enjoyable. This restaurant and resort are one that once
discovered will soon be hard to get a reservation. An absolute treasure of a restaurant not to be missed.

The French Laundry of Amalfi!

As I reflect on my dining experience at Bluh Furore I am compelled to conclude that it stands shoulder to shoulder with the legendary French Laundry. In fact, it is almost as good in many respects that’s a compliment! The innovative approach to cuisine, the flawless execution, and the impeccable service make this restaurant a true gem in the culinary world.

Bellissima struttura con panorama incredibile che ospita questo ottimo ristorante gourmet e giustamente stellato Michelin. Siamo stati accolti e trattati praticamente come vecchi amici. Abbiamo cenato molto bene con dei picchi di eccellenza come i bottoni ripieni di parmigiana di melanzane, la pasta mischiata di mare o la chicca della brioche finale. Di solito in un pasto lungo e completo possono capitare piatti che piacciono di più o di meno ma, a volte, anche delle vere e proprie "ciofeche di gusto", in questa occasione non possiamo dire la stessa cosa, nessuna portata è stata così negativa. Ciò si potrebbe an he spiegare col fatto che lo chef ha lavorato molti anni con Antonino Cannavacciuolo che è molto attento in questo. Mi scuso per le deliranti riflessioni personali e chiudo dicendo che la tappa non è solo consigliata, ma assolutamente incoraggiata.

Beautiful structure with incredible views that hosts this excellent gourmet restaurant and rightly Michelin starred. We were welcomed and treated practically like old friends. We had a very good dinner with peaks of excellence such as the buttons stuffed with aubergine parmigiana, the mixed seafood pasta or the gem of the final brioche. Usually in a long and complete meal there may be dishes that you like more or less but, at times, even real "tastefuls", on this occasion we cannot say the same thing, no course was so negative . This could also be explained by the fact that the chef has worked for many years with Antonino Cannavacciuolo who is very careful in this. I apologize for the delirious personal reflections and I close by saying that the stage is not only recommended, but absolutely encouraged.

Io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati a cena il 18 Agosto, e non vedevamo l’ora di venire qui.

Tutto, ma davvero tutto, ha superato le mie aspettative.

Il mio fidanzato si era messo in contatto precedentemente con la struttura per organizzare la mia proposta di matrimonio e devo dire che è stata una sorpresa meravigliosa, toccante e che rimarrà impressa nel mio cuore.

Tutto questo è molto più memorabile grazie al servizio eccellente di cui gode questo ristorante.

In particolare modo ci sentiamo di voler davvero ringraziare il Sig. Aristide, che ci ha aiutato a vivere quella serata come un vero sogno.

Per tutto il tempo si è assicurato che ogni cosa fosse perfetta, mostrandosi sempre disponibile a consigli sul vino, suggerimenti, e soprattutto una grande dose di sorrisi e gentilezza che ci ha messo fin da subito a nostro agio.

Abbiamo optato per il Menù degustazione vegetariano ed è stata una rivelazione.

Ogni piatto era un quadro e allo stesso tempo una esplosione di sapori che solo ricordarli mi fa emozionare ♥️

Tutto porta la firma di persone che mostrano dedizione, passione e cura per ciò che fanno, perché non c’era nulla che non fosse perfetto ♥️

In particular, we really want to thank Mr. Aristide, who helped us live that evening like a true dream.

The entire time he made sure that everything was perfect, always appearing available for wine advice, suggestions, and above all a large dose of smiles and kindness that immediately put us at ease.

We opted for the vegetarian tasting menu and it was a revelation.
