One of my favorite restaurants in Hong Kong. Vast menu with multiple options for basically anything you may want. Everything we had was absolutely delicious, the service was professional, friendly and great and the space itself was fancy and cozy. Some highlights for us were the crispy tofu dish, the hot spicy peppers, the beef cubes with garlic chips and more and more. Will definitely be back.

This place is over rated.  We ate here twice, once for dim sum and once for dinner.  They have a dress code and men need pants.  They will give you pants to wear if you don’t have.  Tip, don’t let them sit you by the entrance.  The glass partition is so distracting since there is a lot of customer traffic.  Made my dining experience not so great.  They should put some shade there so it isn’t so distracting.  Dim sum was meh.  Nothing special. Dinner wasn’t that special either. We tried their Peking duck.  They say that they cut it specially.  Once for the skin and once for the meat.  It is supposed to cut down on the fat.  It is the most expensive Peking duck I’ve had on my China tour.  The squab and frog was memorable.

Celebrated with friends in here last week.

We mentioned some food allergies during reservation and we can see they're strictly followed. I love meat texture of their barbecue pork! Quality of their pouched chicken, sea cucumber soup and crap shell are also worth the price. Can skip fried rice if you're not fans of carbohydrates as it's not very stunning. Boiled Bird Nest is a MUST if you have enough budget as I think I tried the best wine pairing in this dessert.

I would say most of the staff provide impeccable service there. They spontaneously introduce and advise tea drinks, dishes for us, when we also have place to discuss and decide. Ms. Ching Leung is a very nice staff with passion, that she suggested the best way to have a try on my bird nest dessert.

Unfortunately there's some misunderstanding when we tried to leave and hold off payment until hotel check out, as we're also staying in Four Seasons Hotel overnight. As a restaurant with Michelin stars, there's place for some staff to improve their own skills of communication. Anyway I received a satisfactory response later and I'm happy to hear with their improvement.

I would say it's still an excellent place to celebrate anniversary/birthday with awesome food.
