新板橋駅から徒歩3分。ずっと伺ってみたかった、まつ本さんへ初訪問！はつらつとした大将で、女将さんも優しくて、居心地よくおいし楽しい時間を過ごせました。つまみと握りが交互に出てくるスタイルで、手の込んだつまみが多くて品数も多いので次は何かなぁとずっとわくわくしっぱなしでした。

シャリは赤酢、白酢、リンゴ酢をブレンドしているそうです。あったかいシャリと脂ののった大トロの組み合わせが口の中でとろけてとてもおいしかったぁ。

つまみがおいしいので日本酒がつい進んでしまうんですが、日本酒も銘酒揃い。大将もお酒好きなのでめずらしいお酒も「おいしいですか？営業後飲むの楽しみだなぁ」なんて笑顔になってしまう一言添えて出してくださります。つまみも握りもおいしくて、太巻きも出て、デザートの大将手作りほうじ茶プリンもおいしくて、お値段もリーズナブルでこんなの大好きになっちゃうって、、常連さんが多いのも頷けます。

あと予約が常連とか関係なくみんな平等に毎月ネットで取るシステムなのも、新規のパンピーからしたらうれしいポイント。予約競争とか最近あまり頑張ってこなかったけどここは予約頑張ってまた再訪したいなと思いました。

3 minutes walk from Shin-Itabashi Station. My first visit to Mr. Matsumoto, which I had always wanted to visit! The owner was lively and the landlady was kind, so we had a comfortable, delicious and fun time. The style was such that the snacks and nigiri came out alternately, and there were many elaborate snacks and a wide variety of items, so I was always excited to see what was next.

The sushi rice is said to be a blend of red vinegar, white vinegar, and apple cider vinegar. The combination of warm sushi rice and fatty fatty tuna melted in your mouth and was very delicious.

The snacks are delicious, so I tend to go for the sake, but they also have a wide selection of famous sake. The owner also loves drinking, so he will serve you rare alcoholic beverages with words that will make you smile, such as, ``Is it delicious? I'm looking forward to drinking it after hours.'' The snacks and nigiri are delicious, the futomaki rolls are served, and the dessert chef's homemade hojicha pudding is delicious, and the price is reasonable, so it's no wonder there are so many regular customers.

Also, the system that allows everyone to make reservations online every month, regardless of whether they are regulars or not, is a nice point for new Pampy customers. I haven't been trying too hard to make reservations lately, but I thought I'd try my best to make a reservation here and visit again.

また来たいいいネタばかりだった。
熟成はしておらず、新鮮ないいものを揃えているとのこと。この内容で1人22000円とリーゾナブル。7、8席でいっぱいになるカウンターのみのこじんまりとしたお店で都心部じゃないからできる価格かも知れないが、銀座などと比較して安くて美味しいものを出したいという店主の矜持が伝わってくる。

Every item was large and delicious.
There were so many good stories that I want to come back again.
It is said that the products are not aged and are made with fresh ingredients. This price is reasonable at 22,000 yen per person. It's a small shop with only a counter that seats 7 or 8 people, and the prices may be reasonable since it's not in the city center, but you can feel the owner's pride in wanting to serve delicious food at a cheaper price than in places like Ginza. .

3ヶ月待ってようやくキャンセル枠で平日に2名で伺えました。
こういうお鮨屋さんは初めてでしたが大変丁寧な説明や接客も素晴らしいですしシャリは口に入れた途端解れ新鮮な魚を口いっぱい楽しむことが出来ました。

日本酒もあまり詳しくないので飲みやすいもので色々おすすめして頂きましたがお酒もお鮨も美味しく楽しませて頂きました。

店内やおしぼり、御手洗をヒノキで統一されていて空間もとても落ち着けました。
お酒は2名でビール4杯、日本酒2合で1名2万弱程でした。
コスパ良く美味しいお鮨を堪能出来て嬉しかったです。
また予約取れ次第、改めて伺います。

After waiting for 3 months, I was finally able to come with 2 people on a weekday due to the cancellation deadline.
It was my first time at a sushi restaurant like this, but the explanations and customer service were very thorough, and the sushi rice fell apart as soon as I put it in my mouth, allowing me to enjoy a mouthful of fresh fish.

I don't know much about Japanese sake, so they recommended a variety of easy-to-drink items, but both the sake and sushi were delicious and I enjoyed them.

The store, hand towels, and washrooms are all made of cypress, making the space very relaxing.
The alcohol cost was around 20,000 yen per person for 4 beers and 2 glasses of sake for 2 people.
I was happy to be able to enjoy delicious sushi that was reasonably priced.
We will visit you again as soon as we have a reservation.

先輩からの依頼の為、必死に予約争奪戦に挑み勝ち取りました！笑

今回は、かなり飲みましたが先輩が前回粗相したので自分は酔わないようにしました！笑

肝心の料理ですが、相変わらずどれも美味しく近所にあれば毎週通いたいくらい好みです！
