A spectacular gastronomic and sensory experience. The atmosphere of the place with its décor and musical setting is magnificent. The food, focusing on local and seasonal produce, is beautifully prepared and presented with some of the tableware designed and handmade by the chef. The menu tells a story and allows you to sample a variety of flavours and textures of the local produce, tastefully prepared and passionately presented by the chef and his great team at the front of the restaurant. Superb fine dining restaurant just open in Allariz.
Run and owned by Luis Moreno Soto,  the very well-know chef and co-owner of  michelin starred ‘Restaurante Montia’ in San Lorenzo del Escorial,  starts now his more personal project, with  the four base elements, earth, fire, water and air as driving force.

Warm and elegant atmosphere, signature cuisine, slow-cooking, flavours and passion in kitchen and service.

Two tasting menus available with optional pairing based on natural wine, craft beer & cider.
Definitely a spot to not be missed when in Ourense.

Hicimos menú Marmurio con maridaje y nos pareció un deleite para los sentidos, altamente recomendable.
Cada plato es una explosión de sabor, se nota que están hechos con mucho cariño donde se potencia el producto local de temporada.
El maridaje en total sintonía con cada degustación, la verdad que nos flipó tanto que cuando volvamos por terras galegas, sin duda repetiremos.
Toda esta experiencia gastronómica dentro de un local super acogedor y con mucho encanto.

Each dish is an explosion of flavor, you can tell that they are made with a lot of love where local seasonal products are promoted.
The pairing was in total harmony with each tasting, the truth is that it amazed us so much that when we return to Galician lands, we will definitely repeat.
