Not a good sign when the guests were tourists except for four French but they were not returned customers. The restaurant's claim was cuisine from around the world. It was kind of interesting with the different amuse bouches such as tamales. However it was disappointing of pasta with tiny pieces of chestnut and Jerusalem artichoke as the first plate. The main plate of thinly sliced veal in Japanese style was tender and was beautifully presented. However, the major problem was all the taste was bland and just not refined French cooking.

I received a 300€ gift card for 6-course meal for two. I ask to upgrade it to 7-course as I thought it would be 20€ (2x160€) as on their menu, but they charged us finally 50€ without any explanation. Transparency needs to be improved. Otherwise nothing to complain about the food, it was really good

A really special experience. A true travel through the taste buds.  You can really witness the research, care and generosity throughout the dinner. I appreciated the risks taking.  A few things were not so much to my liking, but still I enjoyed the discovery and surprises. The wine pairing especially was very adventurous, and there especially I did not necessarily appreciate everything that was presented, but it was at least out of the ordinary. You can feel the staff passion and work, through the abundance of little details, and the variety of the dishes. All in all, I  did rejoice on many great dishes, and only had a few dislikes. I really salute their desire to give  and share and, left happy to have gone on this journey.

La Condesa was fantastic, and i would highly recommend! The food was very creative and exceptional not only in presentation but also with taste. Sometimes restaurants try so hard on the creative that they lose out on the taste, this was not the case at La Condesa.

Many dishes had multiple elements and textures, which almost felt like opening a surprise gift. There were many unique dishes that were difficult to guess what the dish would taste like as well.
The proteins in the main dishes were all cooked to perfection, and the desserts were very lovely. The owner chef came around to check each table and have small conversations while passionately explaining the food, which showed that he and his staff really care. He even gave us some extra chocolates when we complimented on them on our way out. :)

Constructive feedback: 1. The mushroom broth was served very hot, and I burned my tongue a little after using the metal straw. This hindered me from fully enjoying the other dishes served later unfortunately.
2. The wait time between dishes were quite long when more guests came in later in the night. The restaurant kindly gave our petit four to go so we could leave earlier, but would have been better to be served quicker.

It is by far the most memorable meal of my life - so impressed with the food, chef’s innovation, passion for different ingredients and spices, culinary skills and every detail in the restaurant. Excellent services as well. I also LOVE the decor and ambiance. Thank you chef and his team for a magical night, my family and I enjoyed it so much! Highly recommended if you ever visit Paris 🇫🇷🥰🌟❤️
