we had a wonderful 4 night stay.  The staff were all very nice and helpful.  We booked a canal view room which I expected to be the grand canal.  Our view of the smaller canal was on lead’s beautiful and i would imagine quieter with only pedestrian traffic most of the time.

Nice place on the Grand Canal, a palace converted into a hotel. Walking to the Piazza de San Marco took about 15 minutes. Breakfast was served in a small room from the buffet by wait staff due the the small size of the room, something my wife wasn't fond of as she likes to look at the options to choose what she wants. However, everyone was very courteous and helpful.

What an amazing find. This was our first time at this hotel and we were really surprised. The location is wonderful, inside an old Venetian palace right on the Grand Canal. The room was a bit small but very comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom was good. We had a little view of the Grand Canal from our room that was quite nice. Service is impeccable. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.

The hotel is located in an excellent location in proximity to everything and still a bit outside of all crowds.

The service was excellent with Giuliano being the highlight. Great breakfast, great housekeeping.

I didn’t give this hotel a five star review because of the rooms. Our room was lacking natural light and didn’t really have a view of the canal (as advertised) unless you sit on the windowsill.
