"Amass" destination  in for gastronomic experience.  Food and service are outstanding!
Look for Vilma. She was our server and she's super sweet and attentive.
Would love to go back to this place again.
Not good for kids and not so adventurous eaters.
Super talented chef and his team. They all help each other and such a beautiful thing to watch how the chef orchestrated the whole thing.
They have their own organic garden and uses the freshest ingredients.
They don't have a full bar.

Wow!  That was a great meal. Food was excellent and the service was relaxed and warm. And it felt like a great value for money considering you're in Copenhagen. The wine list was very compact but had plenty of good choices. The bread was amazing. The cod with chanterelles was excellent. I liked the emphasis on using parts of ingredients that are generally discarded. Great meal and would totally go back next time we're in Copenhagen.

Nothing short of amazing. Inventive dishes with amazing flavors. Everything was amazing, with my highlights of this menu being the potato bread, the chewy beet (think beet fruit leather), corn broth finished with brown butter, the seared hake and the apple skin ice cream with apples and buckwheat.

First must, start the evening with the Amass gin & tonic. Best we’d ever had. Second, splurge on the wine pairing, nearly as important and exciting as each dish and really rounds out the experience. Staff are amazing, knowledgeable and are as much about the experience as the food. Enjoy!

Came on a weekday evening. Cool concrete walls covered in graffiti (which I was told changes every year). Big glass windows opposite the open kitchen look out over their garden, where a lot of their produce is grown. The food was all very good, with a nice wine match as well. I had heard of the potato bread, which my partner loved! All the food was tasty, textural, beautifully presented and interesting.
