Amelie is a small trendy looking restaurant located in the Fauchon with a view of the Madeleine. Both French and English menus are available so there was no issues ordering. They serve seafood but they're pretty much know for their oysters, of which they have a pretty decent selection of. I was told by our server that they own their own oyster farm which they source from.

The bread was warm and the seafood was exceptionally fresh. I particularly enjoyed the whole sea bass. The bones were a little annoying to remove but in the end it was worth it.

Fantastic food! Oysters are amazing. The fish was exquisite. Service from Philippe was very careful and pleasant.
Recommended to anyone who wants to avoid tourist traps and get the authentic Paris experience.
