This is my second time staying in this hotel. I had a fantastic check-in experience, thanks to Heena. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. She recognized my Gold membership and kindly upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise. On top of that, she offered us a drink and some delicious cookies, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Her hospitality made a great first impression, and I really appreciate her kindness. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

The DoubleTree by Hilton London - Tower of London, had a really positive experience. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from Tower Hill tube station, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay.

I attended a conference during my visit, and the hotel's facilities were impressive—the meeting rooms were modern, well-equipped, and spacious enough for the event. Catering was efficient, and everything was well organised.

Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive, which always makes a difference. The rooftop bar is also worth mentioning, offering fantastic views across London, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Breakfast was good, though it did get busy at peak times, so arriving earlier definitely helps.

Overall, a great stay—I’d recommend it for both professional events and leisure visits.

Exceptional Stay with Wonderful Service!
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely and kind staff member at check-in (unfortunately, we forgot her name! 🥹). She went above and beyond to make us feel valued, even surprising us with an executive lounge upgrade, which was truly appreciated. Her hospitality set the tone for our stay and made us feel incredibly well taken care of.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, perfect for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The executive lounge was a great bonus, providing a quiet space to unwind with complimentary refreshments and a lovely atmosphere.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, ensuring that our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel’s amenities, from the rooftop bar to the excellent breakfast, only added to the overall experience.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and will definitely be returning in the future! 💗

Just a street away from the tube station had a wonderful stay this weekend.
Check-in was seamless even though reception was busy.
Breakfast was lovely and Mohamed was very helpful.
Communication through the app was quick and very helpful.
Enjoyed a cocktail in the rooftop bar which had amazing views.
Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. Having read other reviews I was worried about my room but it was nice and looked recently modernised and a good size… plus the air conditioning unit worked really well. It looked like an older unit with only a few buttons and nothing fancy or digital, but worked much better than many modern ones! The executive lounge was okay. Bit small and very busy at happy hour but the food and drinks were topped up well and to a great standard. The bar and lounge is lovely and the location is great. View from my room wasn’t great but I was fine with that. I was upgraded but wouldn’t expect to get a tower bridge view as expect they will be to those paying a premium which I was fine with! Overall a very happy stay :)
