We had a great stay at Andaz Mexico City despite some noise issues on Friday and Saturday nights from the club downstairs and an event upstairs. While this was initially frustrating, the hotel staff handled it exceptionally well. The supervisor was incredibly friendly, acknowledged the issue, and assured us they would address it through follow up.

Beyond that, the hotel itself was stylish, modern, and had a fantastic atmosphere. The service was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel valued. If you’re staying over the weekend, it’s worth checking about potential noise, but overall, we’d definitely return for the excellent hospitality!

Pros: Hotel was clean and centrally located in La Condesa, making it convenient to explore the neighborhood. The best part was the breakfast buffet in the restaurant downstairs. Lots of cafes and bars nearby. Byredo bath products appreciated.

Cons: The shower water pressure was weak, the toilet water pressure to flush was weak, and room was very dark even with all the lights on. The chain lock on the door was broken so I was momentarily trapped inside (thankfully the hotel sent someone to fix it l quickly but it was still a shock).

I really enjoyed my stay at the Andaz Mexico City Condesa. The room was clean, amenities were luxurious, and the bed was really comfortable. As a Hyatt Globalist, I did receive a upgrade upon check-in which I truly appreciate. All the staff were friendly and quick to help with any questions I had. The breakfast at the hotel had a good selection of food for the buffet. The hotel's design is modern and well kept. I loved the location which is walkable to many cafes, restaurants and parks.

This was an amazing stay! As a Hyatt Member and Employee with high standards, Andaz Mexico City set the bar!
From the beginning of the stay, to the end, this hotel was extremely impressive. Eduardo at the front desk did a phenomenal job with the check in process and all of the staff were extremely helpful. My favorite part of the stay besides the time spent at the rooftop was the beautiful fitness center and the breakfast buffet at Portico. I recommend this hotel for anybody who wants luxury mixed with comfort. Thanks, Andaz!

Three stars may be generous, as it was our first time in Mexico City and features like safe water for washing, which was a big relief, may be standard in hotels in the Hyatt price range. The concierge staff are fabulous. The neighborhood is excellent and walkable. The hotel is clean has 2-3 good bars. But the housekeeping was near non-existent. For the three full days we stayed, housekeeping did not come by once. So the bottled water and Kleenex were never restocked; the picture shows the items we had to purchase ourselves at a nearby convenience store. The “steak” tacos at the hotel restaurant were awful, which ought to be a crime in Mexico. Try Taco Naco or any of the street food stands outside.
