Fantastic place to stay.  We booked a room that had a separate space with a kitchenette, couch, etc - which was great.  Our bed was so comfy and the bathroom was huge (shower, bathtub, two sinks) which made getting ready so easy with the two of us.  Everyone who worked there was incredibly kind & helpful. We arrived later our first night & it was pouring rain.  The front desk gave us a great dinner recommendation a block from our hotel and offered us complimentary umbrellas to stay dry on our walk over.  Great location.  Short walk to tons of coffee shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes to Ave Amsterdam where there’s tons of great shops & more restaurants and a lovely park.  Would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I just returned from a week at the Casa Cleo. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect. The suite was clean and spacious and modern . Absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything looked new. The linens were lovely and the bathroom was gorgeous. The staff, Mariana and Daniel , were so helpful and professional and had excellent recommendations . The doormen, Alfredo and Carlos were so kind and were always there to help with anything we needed. And the cleaning staff were amazing. I loved coming home after a hot day to a fresh bed and bath. Thank you for making our week in CDMX so memorable.

Sometimes you book and you aren’t sure it will look like what you saw online. This place is the cutest and well ran places I’ve been to in a long time. The suites are perfect and everything is so clean. The neighborhood is nice for walking. Casa Cleo exceeded all my expectations and I’m telling everyone stay here.

Exactly as advertised and exactly what we wanted! A fabulous boutique hotel in an excellent walkable area, with super clean large suites, very comfy bed, and incredible staff. Housekeeping was on point, Alfredo and Jorge at the door were always there with a friendly greeting and ready to assist as needed, and Alejandro our host and concierge was an absolute professional!  From before we even arrived he helped with airport pickup arrangements, and helped rebook us so we could take advantage of a pop up room discount. He made a great restaurant recommendation when we arrived hungry, and surprised us with beautiful desserts and a lovely card to help us celebrate our anniversary, and he always greeted us when he saw us. Honestly, one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Thanks to all of you! See you next time we’re in CDMX.

The Casa Cleo staff was very attentive to our needs. The host Alejandro made sure our requests were always met, and the doorman Alfredo was excellent in providing welcoming service when entering the location. You won’t be disappointed.
