Eens wat anders dan anders en dan heb ik het over het complete plaatje. Het begint al bij het aperitief. Geen gewone Ricard te verkrijgen wel een uitgezochte Pastis die een  iets andere smaak had. Lekker! Voorgerecht ( we kozen er twee, zalm en sardientjes) deelden we met zijn vieren (zie foto). Hoofdgerecht ( tarbot) werd ook per twee besteld en als je de foto bekijkt dan zie je het al. Het ziet er niet alleen mooi uit, het was ook extreem lekker. Na al het positieve één minpuntje: als diabeet eet ik geen dessert met toegevoegde suikers. Het was zo vooraf doorgegeven maar er was niks voorzien. Dan maar een koffie genomen… Als je eens wat anders wil dan kan ik je Vonk wel aanbevelen!

Something different and then I'm talking about the complete picture. It starts with the aperitif. No regular Ricard available, but a select Pastis that had a slightly different taste. Tasty! We shared a starter (we chose two, salmon and sardines) with the four of us (see photo). Main course (turbot) was also ordered per two and if you look at the photo you will already see it. It not only looks beautiful, it was also extremely tasty. After all the positives, one downside: as a diabetic, I do not eat desserts with added sugars. It was communicated in advance, but nothing was provided. Then I had a coffee... If you want something different, I can recommend Vonk!

Ons eerste bezoek bij Vonk. Deze was er direct op. Lekker eten en een goeie service. De prijs is iets hoger dan de gewone doorsnee keuken maar het eten bewijst waarom. Zeker een aanrader in de omstreek. Gezellige sfeer, mooi decor en lekker eten. Meer hoeft het niet te zijn!
Voor herhaling vatbaar, perfect voor mensen die culinair willen genieten.

Our first visit to Vonk. This one came right away. Tasty food and good service. The price is slightly higher than your average kitchen, but the food proves why. Definitely recommended in the area. Cozy atmosphere, beautiful decor and delicious food. It doesn't have to be more!
