The service and food were excellent.

I went for the 4 course blind menu and was really impressed with the delicious food that I was served. Highlights for me were the scallops three ways, the lobster with a wonderful orange flavoured sauce, the pigeon breast with a selection of beautifully cooked and flavoured vegetables.

To finish the 4 course blind menu my dessert was a great combination of textures and tastes assembled by the chef at my table. The combination was arranged to represent a Christmas Tree and included chocolate ice cream, chestnut flavoured cream, sponge cake and meringue.

As a departure from the 4 course blind menu, I also a wonderful plate of charcoal infused melted blue cheese served over toasted bread and accompanied by a salad with hazelnuts.

Through the evening the service was excellent in that it was attentive but not intrusive.

All in all this was a great meal.

We loved this restaurant! Starting with a lovely service who  goes the extra mile to please the customers. The food was just delicious, I wouldnt be able to choose the best dish among the 6 we had, they were all really good. The only thing that could be improved is the waiting time between dishes which a couple of times was over 20 minutes .
I was told they update the menu every season so cant wait to go back.

Outstanding! We went for lunch on the first day of our week long Bordeaux holiday and never found anywhere else to match it for quality/cost ratio - so we went back again on the last day for another round! It was very consistent from the delicious  little appetizers, to the breads, to the after dinner chocolates. All this on top of 3 courses for 28 euros was amazing! Flavours were fantastic throughout - some classic and some more creative. Service was impeccable - they even gave us a little take away treat on our return visit when we said we were sad we couldn't go again!

Top quality service and food and a wonderful calming atmosphere. Dishes are creative and sophisticated. We were wowed by every single dish and even the dessert. We tried the li ch we would definitely come back for dinner.

Preset menu type of restaurant.
2 Appetizers, 2 main dish: one full porc, one full mushroom, one dessert to share.
Appetizers and desert were nice, Mushroom dish was not to our taste at all.
Overall it was okay but not necessary amazing flavors to remember.
