Great place, caters for smaller and medium groups. It’s small and intimate. The staff was friendly and professional. We did not wait for for our food, the food was well prepared, great on budget. There’s a pool so you can go refresh before or after your meal.

I have been a loyal customer of Ghibli bar since 2018 , but my experience today was highly disappointing.

I arrived at 12:30 and found my table covered in ash. Despite requesting assistance multiple times, it took far too long to have it cleaned. It is unacceptable to open for service with dirty tables, especially in the outdoor area. Customers should not have to beg for a clean space to sit.

Additionally, I have always enjoyed swimming here and even did so just a month ago with friends. However, today I was informed that the pool is now for hotel guests only. If this policy had been clearly communicated, I wouldn’t have come. I had planned a pool day, but instead, I found myself sitting in a bikini for lunch with no access to the pool. This lack of clarity is frustrating, and as a result, I have decided that this will be my last visit.

I was even considering bringing friends next week, but given today’s experience, I no longer feel confident in recommending the Ghibli bar . I hope you take this feedback into account to improve the service and communication for future guests.
