The food tasted good and the plating was nice too. I love the symphony of tastes in the appetizer that the sweetness of the lobster went well with the umami flavors of marinated seaweed and a refreshing touch from the persimmon ragout. The mancini pasta striked a perfect balance with the chewy mezzi paccheri and the sweet succulence of the red prawns. The briny olives, sweet tomatoes, and tangy capers provided a burst of savory and tangy notes that complemented the red star grouper beautifully. Yet a little bit disappointed by the dessert haha I thought the ricotta cream cannoli would have a stronger flavor.
I enjoyed the entire dining experience at this resto in general and suggest you guys to come for celebration too! Good vibe with that stunning panorama of the Victoria Harbour

Booked this place based on reviews and mention in the Michelin guide. Hands down worst dining experience of our mainland + HK trip.

Food is good, but not outstanding. I wouldn’t be lying. The service is however horrible. It’s ok to ask for the menu 3 times, it’s ok to ask for the wine list for another 2 times. I can understand - the place may get busy. But how do you like the fact of the waiter chasing me to the bathroom and waiting next to the bathroom door implying that I’m trying to run away without paying the bill. And this is all on a date night. It’s just not acceptable for a place trying to compete on the Michelin level arena.

I’m not even mentioning small things like polite silence as a reply to our request if we can get one of the 4 or 5 free tables next to the window

What a spectacular experience at Michelin one starred Tosca di Angelo! From the moment I arrived at the Ritz Carlton, I was excited to try this highly acclaimed Italian restaurant located on the 102nd floor. The million dollar city view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking!

The menu at Tosca di Angelo was impressive, and it was clear that the restaurant takes great pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients for their dishes. The uni dish was so fresh and flavourful while the main - my partner’s steak was so well prepared and tender while my the pork neck I ordered was just heavenly (slightly heavy but it was so satisfying!)

What really impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the staff at the restaurant. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wine list, and were able to make recommendations based on our personal tastes and preferences. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable dining experience was truly remarkable.

Not much update on the set menus over the years.. would love to see really a change in menu.
The food is delicious as always. the tiramisu seemed to be better in the past, which the mascarpone cheese was more like a foam and lighter. This time it tasted more creamy..

Enjoyed a fabulous dinner here for my birthday celebration. My hubby booked it as we were staying at Rosewood which was a 10 min taxi ride away. The restaurant is elegant and service was excellent.  We had the dinner course and added the white truffle pasta. It's pricier compared to what I'd paid for white truffle pasta in Singapore as it cost nearly S$200 for the 7g of white truffle pasta. But still worth the price for the special occasion.
