Walked in on a Friday evening without reservation. The place was not crowded like I expected which was a good thing. Seating was comfortable and spacious between each table. Food did not take long to serve after ordering.

Portions were good given this is a premium chicken rice and I think it was all the sauces that made the chicken special. I personally enjoyed the 2 sauces on the right the most.

The Xiaolongbao was also good and not too salty.

This is hands-down the best Hainanese chicken rice I’ve had in Thailand. They’ve been perfecting their recipe for ages. The chicken’s tender, the rice is fragrant and cooked just right, and it’s served with four different sauces. I tried mixing them all—delicious! You can ask for more sauce if needed. The soup is flavorful too.

We ordered the chicken rice set and chose a round table since we came as a family. We also got a variety of dim sum options, stir-fried morning glory with chili, and a bunch of other Thai-Chinese dishes from the big menu. For drinks, we went with chilled chrysanthemum tea, and ended with some sweet rice balls for dessert. The service here is top-notch, hotel-level, and there’s convenient parking. It’s the perfect spot for a family meal!

Famous Hainanese Chicken Rice for premium customers. The shop has been renovated to look brighter and cleaner than before, which has changed the image. Having customers waiting in line to eat is a good guarantee of its reputation. You cannot order the Hainanese Chicken Rice with any part of the chicken. In a separate dish, it will be mixed together. The chicken meat is considered soft, cut into thick pieces and topped with sesame oil. The rice is beautiful and the grains are not broken. It smells good. I would like to change the dipping sauce because there are three types: sour, soybean paste, and sweet sauce. I still feel that this makes the taste drop a lot. The soup is normal. Overall, it is not as good as I thought. Kuan An restaurant should be more delicious.
