Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service!! . I stayed for 2 nights during trip to Rome. Hotel located near train station and great place if you planning to see Rome attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including fresh croissants and a hot breakfast. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. The hotel has a great location and a beautiful entrance, which gives a nice first impression. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the rooms are  outdated and have no soundproofing, so you can hear noises from the hallway or adjacent rooms quite easily. The windows are blocked by outside shutters and do not allow natural light to come in.
The beds are brutal, we had two rooms one king-size, the mattress was rock hard, waking up with back pain pressure marks on hips and shoulders as the mattress feels like a sheet if plywood. The two bedroom has better mattresses so the two teens been happy
Another down point is the lack of foreign TV stations as we been the whole day on our feed just to relax and watch some television was not possible as all channels are Italiano. The few English and German channel been either news channels or had no reception. The smart TV function did not work at all and was disabled by the hotel.

As for the breakfast, it was average. There was a large selection of sweet options, but the savory choices were repetitive. Each day, the same eggs, bacon, and sausages were served.

Overall, it’s okay. But it’s not the kind of hotel where you’d want to spend the entire day. Honestly, it feels more like a 2-3 star hotel rather than a 4-star one.

Nice and clean room, good breakfast, only a few minutes from the metro station and close to the main train station. In addtion, there are may nice restaurants to have dinner far from the city centre. It is a very good choice if you visit Rome.
