I was a Senior female visiting Rome with a friend & really enjoyed the friendliness of the hotel Staff I found the Hotel & Breakfast room were great & the food was a good variety everywhere was very clean. I must admit I did upgrade to a small double as I found the Single room too small for large/tall adult but sheets, towels etc very clean & room was serviced every day.   The hotel was not far to walk from the train/bus terminal it took me about 5 min & easy to find & I'm 76yr although my friend had problems walking from the airport bus drop off to the hotel, but she has difficulties at home. I would certainly recommend & stay at the hotel again.  The only thing which was not comfortable was the waterproof sheet covering the mattress as it creased up but I still had a good sleep.

Train is your best choice of commute in Italy. YES is only 2 minutes easy walk away from Termini. Staff at reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean.  The room I booked is not big but it serves my purpose as I was not in my room most time of the day. The surrounding area is very safe too and there is a supermarket about 2 minutes walk away.  YES provides very good value for money. I will surely come back any time.

My wife, and I, recently spent 7 days at The Yes Hotel Boutique in Rome. The hotel was very clean and neatly set out, with a good and plentiful selection of breakfast options. The staff were very friendly with Julie, in reception, most informative and helpfull while assisting us to arrange trips and recommending excellent local restaurants.
Due to its location, and excellent service, we have no hesitation in recommending The Yes Hotel.

It was a lovely hotel, clean, Very friendly staff, very helpful reception staff also.Walking distance from train station was a 5-10 minute walk,very easy to locate. Breakfast was nice very reasonably priced, I definitely would visit again.  Love Rome ❤️

This is a great hotel if you like staying in a prison cell. Cost me $157 a night and is worth probably $42 maximum I think youth hostels are probably nicer. My $157 room has a view of rotting food in an inside corridor. Very hard to use the bathroom because the way it's configured you have to put your legs on the side. I immediately threw the bedspread that was on the bed under the bed because it was so filthy. Hopefully breakfast is better than this awful room. If you you have been a bad person and you want penance stay at this awful hotel. I think it's the worst dream I've had in the last 5 years. I've stayed in single rooms that were great and fantastic this room is simply jail cell chic.
