From the minute we walked in we were welcomed by lovely staff who gave us exceptional service in the most inviting and warm manner. Our waiter Christian was wonderful, he was attentive, funny and he gave us some super recommends.

The food was impeccable, definitely the best carbonara we have had while in Rome. They have extremely interesting combinations of food and if you’re up for it you can really try some things out of your comfort zone like we did with the horse jerky (also incredible!). If you like white chocolate, the white chocolate custard was to die for too.

Overall 10/10 experience, the atmosphere was great and we can’t recommend it enough! We will be back next time for sure.

I hesitate to say anything bad about the service. The one person helping patrons was running around like crazy to do his best while the other staff was standing and talking to patrons even keeping a drink at their table.
The food we ordered was very good. Sadly the waiter was too busy after delivering our food to stop by and ask if we needed anything and even though he ran past us over and over I could not get his attention for the little bit of cheese I would’ve loved to add. Oh well. The other dishes were delicious. He highly recommended the veggies which were fine. Definitely needed something. We didn’t eat them, but everything else was very good. Everyone else got excellent service. It seemed to me.

First lunch in Rome after we arrived.  The service staff was super nice to us in terms of making recommendations and helping us to prepare the food in the proper Italian way.   The house salad with lemon pieces was great and the carbonara spaghetti and the oxtail are our favourites. Would definitely come back again

Very friendly servers and had no trouble with our English. The menu had some types of meat on it that wer'e not accustomed to. We had fried meatballs,  fried meat stuffed olives (in meatball form), and pasta. It was too hot outside to eat more. A friend recommended it and are glad we tried it out.  (Also, very clean restrooms and they were happy to call a taxi for us).
