Very tasty food. Cheese toasties huge!
However was disappointed that the waitress kept talking to another couple for a very long time whilst us and another table waited to pay our bills. Also didn’t appreciate that I could pay by cash but they don’t keep any change! Otherwise nice decor, relaxed vibe and good food.

To eat here was one of those things we have always wanted to do, and it did not disappoint. The service was superb the setting ( in the courtyard as we had our dog) was lovely with heaters put on for us to take the chill away and music to set the atmosphere.  The food was every bit as tantalising as we thought it would be leaving a lovely zing on our pallets for ages . We will certainly remember this visit.

We had a very pleasant evening here. The food was actually exceptionally good. Although I didn't get the lobster, which I was really looking forward to, as it was out, I was very pleased with the alternative programme. Crab linguine as a starter, and sea bass as a main course. Really recommendable! The service was a pleasant mix of professional and casual. Prices more than reasonable. I would happily return!

Superb food, as you would expect. Really friendly staff. We took our little spaniel with us and he was welcome in the courtyard area (which is mainly covered). The staff made a big fuss of the dog and brought him a big bowl of water.

It was nice I wasn’t blown away by the food it is down as a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin guide so that set expectations high and it was tasty and satisfying great cooking but although the prices aren’t exactly value. £130 for 5 dishes maybe it’s about right although I was charged £190 and had to go back and get a refund which I put down as an honest mistake but kind of left me wondering about money rather than the food I had eaten. I have eaten at other Bib Gourmand places that have left me much more satisfied. Didn’t really understand the prawn starter it was nice but am I supposed to eat it with the knife and fork or my fingers. Did both in the end and was fairly plain tasting prawns. The smattering of garnish was tastier. Worth a bash but wouldn’t rush back.
