I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Le Baudelaire in Paris. Had a memorable birthday dinner at this Michelin-starred gem! We enjoyed the three-course tasting menu, and the experience was full of delightful surprises between courses. The friendly staff made sure we were well taken care of, accommodating our limited dining time before a theater show. The setting is lovely, though the room is a bit small, and table views vary—some are more suited to a special occasion. Overall, an excellent gastronomic experience!

All I can say is WOW!!! I organised an afternoon tea for my friends baby shower here and it was just so special and wonderful❤From the moment I reserved, everything was straight forward dealing with Le Burgundy. We were all warmly welcomed and I have to say, the staff here are the best I have ever come across in Paris, they are warm, friendly, efficient and added some fun. We were served our tea first - I tried 2 teas throughout, Ceylon with mangue et fraise and Lapsang  Souchong which were both incredible. Then after that they brought out trays after trays of patisseries  - It was the equivalent of Santa delivering gifts to little kids😂😂Everything was so beautifully and meticulously presented and then our serveur explained each dish to us. The patisserie chef, Léandre Vivier, created the most beautiful and tasteful desserts that were just soooooo delicious❤Its hard to pick out a favourite as each one was so different so they were all my favourites. It costs 62euro a head which we all agreed was super. I reserved in advance which I recommend doing so they can plan as as the desserts are very intriquite. I strongly strongly strongly recommend here and I cannot wait to return very soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience here was one heck of a culinary ride!

Stepping into this fancy Michelin-starred spot, I was practically bouncing with excitement, eager to see what this Michelin-starred restaurant had to offer.

Culinary wise – each dish that hit our table was like a work of art, seriously. Chef's veggie creations even managed to impress this die-hard carnivore! It was a ballad of fresh, still exotic flavors that burst senses at each bite.

Service – Just what you can expect from a restaurant from this level. I felt like royalty; super friendly and eager to make sure we had the time of our lives.

Ambiance – Picture this: cozy, romantic vibes with just the right touch of modern flair to keep things interesting. Yellowish' notes, eclectic accents, and pops of class. All of that dancing together.

Long story short, my time at Le Baudelaire was beyond satisfactory. I'd definitely recommend it!

I took 6-course and I would say it has been the best culinary experience I have got in Paris.

The finger foods and starters were exquisite to build your taste, giving a nice intro for the main dishes. Nicely paired wines elevated my appetite even higher. Quite a combination.

The two main dishes pleased me so much. Each ingredients had its own character and they were orchestrated very well together. It was so harmonic.

At the end, there were perfectly cooked desserts. I loved both two desserts: one was made of fruits and the other was chocolate. The first one melted down like honey and the second one had the creamy texture with some spicy taste in it. It was a perfect match with the ice cream.

I look forward to coming again for the next wondrous moment the two chefs would create.
