The food gets 3 stars, they are a tuna distributor and it doesn’t show. We had way better tuna in other 2 places like Teatro kitchen and Rias Kru.

Tunateca serves a tasting menu of their tuna served in both Japanese and Western preparations.

I loved my meal. The tuna is of the highest quality and all the preparations showcase the fish without overwhelming it.

Where else can you find a restaurant that serves an all tuna menu? Maybe in Japan. If you're visiting Barcelona, Tunateca is one of my top suggestions.

Average good food. Terrible service. They forgot to bring our wine, I had to ask for it. They forgot we speak English and constantly tried to speak Spanish with us. They asked us like three times if we want to order more. The interior is blue and red, not cosy at all. Will never come back.

Simply incredible experience. The finest quality tuna, served with creativity and skill. The dishes were incredibly well balanced and the flavor of the tuna was king. The wine choices were also very extensive and really good. Would definitely recommend to go for the red menu to have the best experience with a nice wine pairing.
