Great atmosphere, really good beer especially the ijwit, which I can’t recommend enough. They do have heaters, but I’d recommend bringing a jacket on colder/chillier days since most (if not all) of the seating is outside. They also do have a public (free) bathroom.

Absolutely lovely!  In the middle of Vondelpark in the dark we came towards some lights.  They have all their own beers and a small food menu.  No dessert so we had banana bread which was delicious.

Plenty of seating outside  only some is under the shelter but there are sunshade umbrellas.

Its like a little romantic oasis in the dark.

I recently visited Proeflokaal ‘t Blauwe Theehuis in Vondelpark, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots in Amsterdam. The location is perfect – right in the middle of the park, making it super easy to get to. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, with a cool vibe that makes you want to hang out for hours. They have an awesome selection of beers, and the food is really nice too. In the summer, it's the absolute best spot to chill with some beers, surrounded by greenery and good company. Definitely a must-visit if you're spending time in Vondelpark!
Do not hesitate to bring some friends there.

Pro: Premier spot in the park, lots of tables and seats, you can quickly have your food and drinks. Staff are friendly.
Cons: No table service, drinks are expensive - five euros for a 'homemade lemonade' - it was literally soda water with some flavouring - I watched the barmaid do it. Then when you pay there is an option to tip, which you feel obligated to do (maybe its just me) - after you've just queued up to order your drink. You also pick up your own food. So not a lot of service going on.

Nice place in Vondelpark with great sandwiches 🥪 and beer 🍻 the IPA was delicious 😋 and you can enjoy a lot of people passing by.
It is pretty central in the park and offers a lot of  seating outdoors which is lovely in summer 🌞
