Le Botaniste was the first organic, plant-based, carbon-neutral restaurant in New York City. We enjoyed our first visit at Le Botaniste! It surprise us with delicious, satisfying, plant-powered organic meals that are good for the body and sustainable for our planet! I am not only appreciate the concept of this delicious restaurant, I like the interior design as well. You should try it, you will love it!

Why is there not a line out the door and down the street for this place? Simply put, it is magical. Every single item we chose was delicious, expertly prepared, and nutritious. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside with a pleasing botanical-apothecary theme, plenty of seating, and whistle clean restrooms. Even the bowls were beautiful abs the trays were mesmerizing- we couldn’t stop staring at how beautiful they were. We loved our experience so much and will definitely return.

I just loved again this place! The menu is short but with different types of dishes, and great great flavour! Also, very carefully and beutifully served.

I tried this time the half soup of the day (squash) and the half bowl (I picked the bolognesa pasta), I really enjoyed my lunch!

Also the place is very clean and lightened, very appealing to be and stay.

And the personnel is very kind too! I talk to the colombian coocker who was serving, he was super kind!!

If you like vegetables and flavor packed meals then this is a great place for you. The staff is also really friendly and the atmosphere is very nice. I don’t remember the name of what I ordered but the base was some sort of mushroom stew and it was really delicious.

The food here is absolutely incredible! Every bite was packed with flavor. The service was fantastic, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is super cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. I loved what I ordered and can’t recommend it enough. Truly an amazing experience all around!

Le Botaniste: Organic Dining in NYC's Soho

Detta är en fantastisk restaurang för en läcker vegetarisk måltid. Inställningen är avslappnad, attraktiv och orörd. Personalen är varm och välkomnande. De många rätterna visas med exakta beskrivningar. Provningar erbjuds innan du väljer om du vill. Sopporna varierar och den jag åt var utsökt. Den marockanska tajine var utmärkt liksom den kryddiga chili sin carne. Vi planerar att återvända till denna plats eller en av de andra på Manhattan!

Stämningen imponerar verkligen och menyn är vegansk mat! Den är uppställd för beställning vid disken så att du faktiskt kan se maten. Riktigt vänlig, tålmodig personal redo att beskriva alla val. Vi delade en 3 val måltid alternativ och fortfarande hade mat att ta med oss. Ett önskemål är dock att ha ett val eller två som inte inkluderar tomater/marinara - ishsås eftersom syran är ganska hög. Men annars är den riktigt bra. För många skulle man inte veta att allt var växtbaserat.

Le Botaniste - 100 % ekologisk, Vegansk och Glutenfri. Vänta, vad? Kryssa i alla rutor? Jo det gör de! Och det är jättegott. Kan inte rekommendera detta nog inte bara till alla som är växtbaserade men någon mindful eater oavsett kostpreferens. Alla köttätare kommer att älska detta för omväxlings skull också!

Jag kunde se potentialen här. Den varma maten såg läcker ut även om o inte smakade på något av det. Eftersom det var mitt på morgonen och jag gick ut på lunch hade jag deras messe som var en ytlig skål med 4 eller 5 olika sallader.
De var alla väldigt rika på att klä sig så att de faktiskt inte kunde smaka mycket mer än förband som var mycket synd eftersom ingredienserna lät läckra. Det serverades med några grundläggande kex och några läckra glutenfria bröd.
Jag skulle gärna återvända för att prova de varma rätterna.

Detta är en fantastisk plats när du shoppar i Soho. Maten är utsökt och det finns ett bra urval. Rekommendera starkt "skålar" och superfröavokadot är fantastiskt. Det finns gott om sittplatser och personalen är mycket glada att ge sina rekommendationer.

När jag kom blev jag omedelbart imponerad av den lugna atmosfären. Inredningen och sittstilen påminner mig om några av de europeiska kaféerna jag har besökt. Jag älskar vattnet och glaset som väntar på borden även om det är en plats för kontorservice. Personalen var fantastisk. När jag väntade på mina vänner städade någon ständigt matsalen och såg till att mitt bordets vattenflaska var full. Det enda jag kan göra är att stolarna är låga avföringar som kan vara obekväma för vissa gäster, men det störde mig inte för mycket.

Maten var mycket bra, även om inte allt är för varje palett. Som en långsiktig vegan är jag ganska äventyrlig och tyckte nästan allt vara förtjusande - förutom Seaweed Tartare, det var ingen vinnare för mig.

Vad vi åt:
 - Som bord delade vi en sommarrulle (jag älskade den), en maki (vanligtvis åtnjöt av alla) och en Mezze-skål (inte värt prislappen) där några av uppslaget var trevliga, men några var vad jag ska kalla "Avancerad Vegan" -mat och landade inte bra med mina vänner och gick till stor del oödig Hoppa över Mezze och beställ bara saken eller två som fångade ögat.
 - Den mest köttätande i vår grupp hade Chili-skålen, som han älskade.
 - Jag hade Magic Miso Bowl som var bra men bara en touch för salt för mig
 - Min bestie gjorde kvällens bästa val och gick med den tibetanska mamma-skålen, som var läcker.

Jag kommer DEFINITIVT att komma hit igen. Yummy, och även om vi var så SÅ SÅ fulla efter att ha provat alla dessa rätter, var vi alla överens om att vi inte kände oss yucky / tung etc. De helt färska, minimalt bearbetade ingredienserna är absolut himlen.

Min vegetariska dotter besökte denna caf för första gången förra veckan för ett eftermiddagsmat. Hon beställde Young Coconut Ceviche (... oerhört uppfriskande) och Key Lime Pie (... hur gör de detta?!). Delarna är små, men utsökt. Baserat på hennes erfarenhet återvände vi den kvällen till middag.

Jag njöt av Young Coconut Ceviche lika mycket som hon gjorde. Jag hade grönsaker Tajine Bowl och hon hade Magic Miso Bowl. Skålarna fylldes mycket. Jag åtnjöt verkligen djupet av smak som de uppnådde i min tajine. Min dotter gillade sin miso skål, men tyckte att pasta-stilnudlarna drabbades. Hon skulle ha föredragit en risnudel.

Jag hade också ett glas en av sina viner. Jag förväntade mig inte mycket, men det var ganska tillfredsställande. Ja, Key Lime Pie var fantastisk.

Älska idén om att använda Hippocrates berömda citat "Låt mat vara din medicin (och din medicin är din mat)" som ett varumärkeutlåtande för Le Botaniste. Personalen har alla vitjackor (ja som läkare) och brickor har "Prescription" -räkningar på dem etc. Det är en jätte kul och vibey tar på saker. Men när det gäller mat är dessa människor döda seriösa. Alla ekologiska och läckra. Allt på menyns växtbaserade. De har en bra blandning av heta skålar, chilis och så - och sallader. Det finns också ett par godis på menyn för alla som vill ha en öken. Jag tycker att både middag och lunch här är alltid en bra idé.

Härlig hälsosam mat, utmärkt kvalitet och service och bra priser. Verkligen fyller och roligt och rekommenderar starkt
