Superb restaurant in a village on the outskirts of Tours. Unfortunately, it was raining that day so we couldn't eat outside, but the inner room was  nice and cosy as well.

We ate the three course menu, and we both chose different starters, main courses and desserts so we could share, because honestly, everything on the menu looked quite appealing. And we weren't disappointed !
The fermented vegetables really add some depth to most dishes, often complemented by unusual aromatics that we hadn't tasted before.

They had a really good wine selection too, at really reasonable prices.

The service was excellent, and we'll happily come back if we visit Touraine again.

We decided to go to this restaurant to beautifully finish our holidays in the region. It is never very easy for us to go out eating in France, as my daughter is vegetarian and my husband does not eat "baby animals" as well as a few veggies. And I also have been convinced by the fact it is in the new Michelin guide - that's something!!
The menu from this restaurant was perfect for us!!
And all these tastes!!
We all loved it.
Great choice of drinks - alcoholic and non alcoholic.
The carrot starter and duck main dish were our favorite, as well for the taste as for the presentation.
The place itself is lovely and the service very good.
There is also a (cheap) kid menu - nice attention!

This should be a must visit restaurant if you travel in France, you’ll love every bite you take. One of the best food I have had!!

The food is very good. I am not surprised it is highly recommended by the Michelin restaurant guide. You must book a table and just go... We will be back soon too.
