We found this online through reviews, including on the Bib Gourmand list. This was our favorite meal of the trip. My husband got the wienerschnitzel and I got the spinach ravioli. The text on the menu is listed in different colors, to indicate the local food (I can't remember which color was what, but I do remember the spinach ravioli w/bacon jam was a local dish). The pasta was homemade and tender - the dish was perfect. There was a fantastic wine selection. The service was attentive.

A must stop if you are in Bolzano - just know that reservations are a must. We called earlier the same day to get a reservation.

A very popular Bolzano dining spot. The food was fabulous, in particular the beef fillet. The service started out great but as the restaurant got busier - the service dropped off really badly. Even forgot to bring out our last drink. Still definitely worth a visit!

Amazing little restaurant. The atmosphere is, in my opinion, the best part. It is cozy with different separate rooms. And it makes for a very romantic evening. The service was super friendly and relaxed yet professional. Really appreciated that. The menu had a mix of Italian and tyrolean dishes, which makes for a great local experience. The wine recommendation was also on point! The prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want a good quality place with local options.

first of all we waited for our table to be prepared, no problem it got cleaned but since there are x waiters and they all want to work fast they forget things and the experience feels less nice. In fact the food arrived in all kind of orders, despite our cleaned table we waited for idk how much time to get a fork and a knife and they did not bring us a towel, only when we asked at the end. The food arrived in a very strange order. First the water, the main course, the wine, the appetitzer and half of these things were forgotten. We also got placed in like a very small table in a corner where it is impossible to feel comfortable because it feels like you are sitting on the table with the strangers around you. The last time we came here it was great but this time if you want to summerize it, it felt less enjoyable for what you pay. The food was good
