Having tried on and off for 8 years to get in to Sosban, a stroke of luck had us finding a booking the day after my birthday.

It did not disappoint - a tiny venue with space for 12 across three tables, our sitting had 8 (4, 2 & 2).  Incredibly intimate, as the experience begun with the chef, Stephen talking us through the various beverage options all personally curated & selected.

Not a menu in sight.

The way the evening is curated, with mind-blowing food throughout, will blow you away.

If you're lucky enough to get a table, make sure to go!

An absolutely top notch evening.
No menu & no particular wine list, just enjoy everything.  Just 8 covers when  we dined there which makes for an intimate dining experience.

Fantastic experience, very personal and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant team prepare food in the dining area with you. They talk and discuss the food whilst working and the passion is very clear to see. Food was spectacular and I had alot of fun 😁

Fantastic 1 star Michelin restaurant. Extremely attentive service with first class food. Booking essential.
A 'hidden' tasting menu where you are told what each course is as you get It.  (Ring ahead if you have any intolerances etc)
The food is out of this world. Unusual food combinations at times which work so very well.

I found a hair in my dessert. Because I know how that can happen, and it was obviously from the chefs head. I didn't say anything while eating. After we finished I discretely told the waiter, whom told the chef. And the chef instead of apologizing, started questioning the waiter asking “did you see her take the hair out of the food?”
I was willing AND DID pay full price.
But I didn't get so much as an apology from anyone there. Very disappointed, as I would expect a chef to take such matters more seriously. The food was good, I have had better at Michelin guide restaurants in the area though.
