My husband surprised me with a stay at this amazing hotel for my birthday and I enjoyed every bit of it! The friendliest staff I've encountered from all the hotels I've visited. Lovely rooms, delicious buffet selection...I didn't want to go home and look forward to my next stay! Well done One & only team!

One of the best High Teas in Cape Town.
The freshly baked out of the oven scones, the constant check-ins from our waitress who had super knowledge of all that was to be had... All round exceptional service. The decor especially in the passage leading to the bathrooms.. would love to have seen the inside of a room especially in cabin type units.

It is hard to find much to complain about at the One & Only.  We stayed on the island and the rooms were amazing - beautifully decorated.   The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice.  The pool was exquisite.   It is a very unique property.

Wonderfull hotel in Capetown!!! The staff is friendly and accommodating. They greet you everyday with a "hand over their heart" which makes you feel welcomed and at home. Our room
was magnificent with a view of Table Mountain. The food, all the food, was delicious. It has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
