先日訪れた『一東菴』は、蕎麦好きにはたまらないお店でした！ここではさまざまな種類の蕎麦が楽しめるのが特徴で、一度にいろいろな味を堪能できる『食べ比べ蕎麦』は特におすすめです。それぞれの蕎麦に個性があり、細打ちの喉越しの良さや、太打ちのしっかりとしたコシを一度に味わえるのは贅沢の極みでした。

さらに、蕎麦のクオリティは間違いなく都内でトップクラス。蕎麦粉の香りが豊かで、噛むたびに口の中に広がる風味は感動ものです。つゆも絶妙なバランスで、甘みと醤油の香ばしさが蕎麦本来の味を引き立てます。

店内は落ち着いた和の雰囲気で、ゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができます。

Ichitoan, which I visited the other day, was a must-see for soba lovers! A feature of this restaurant is that you can enjoy a variety of different types of soba, and the ``Tabe Comparison Soba'' where you can enjoy a variety of flavors at once is especially recommended. 昼利用です。オープン前にわたし含めて3組並んでましたが開いてほどなく満席。昼から色々頼めます。キッチン大変だろうと思いつつも(ホールもワンオペ)食べる前から居心地よく「また来たい」と思ったり。お蕎麦ご提供時に産地とあわせて「新蕎麦」と言葉が添えられます。…がさらに「令和6年新蕎麦です」と都度つど「令和6年」とつけてくださるのがと～ーってもツボでホスピタリティを感じられます。とてもよかったです。また伺います。

For daytime use. There were 3 groups in line including me before the restaurant opened, but it was full soon after it opened. You can order various things from lunch. Even though I thought the kitchen would be difficult (the hall was only a single operation), I felt so comfortable even before I ate that I thought, ``I want to come again.'' When soba is served, the word "new soba" is added along with the production area. ...and then adding "Reiwa 6" every time, "This is the new soba for Reiwa 6," which really makes you feel the hospitality. It was very good. I'll visit you again.

東十条の名店　一東庵は超美味

二産地味くらべ天ぷら付き。僕のお蕎麦の産地は、長野県乗鞍と千葉県成田。特に成田産のお蕎麦は風味もこしも最高でした！更に天ぷらは特筆すべき絶品。人気店の誉れは伊達じゃないです。美味しゅうございました！（2021年2月20日訪問）

Ichitoan, a famous restaurant in Higashijujo, is super delicious

Comes with 2-produced plain tempura. My soba is produced in Norikura, Nagano Prefecture, and Narita, Chiba Prefecture. In particular, the soba noodles from Narita had the best flavor and texture! Additionally, the tempura is a must-see. The reputation of a popular restaurant is not just for show. Thank you for the delicious meal! (Visited on February 20, 2021)

三種蕎麦と天ぷら盛合せ（¥3,300 現金のみ 2024.8）いただきました。

土曜日昼 1組待ち。ラッキーと思って並びましたが、着席できたのは25分後。回転は悪いです。
注文してから15分位で第一のお蕎麦（長野県産）が提供され、タイミングをみて、第二（佐賀県産）、第三（埼玉県産）と提供されます。どれも蕎麦の香りが高く、細めてしっかりコシがあって美味しいです。

こだわりのお塩でも鰹出汁がしっかり効いて、あたりも柔らかなツユよいい感じです。美味しいです。蕎麦湯もねっとりして好みです。

他もレビューでは酒肴の評価も高く、充実しているようなので、夜に予約して再訪したいです。

I had the three kinds of soba and tempura platter (¥3,300 cash only 2024.8).

Waiting for 1 group on Saturday afternoon. I thought I was lucky and lined up, but I wasn't able to be seated until 25 minutes later. Rotation is bad.
The first soba (made in Nagano prefecture) will be served about 15 minutes after ordering, followed by the second (made in Saga prefecture) and third (made in Saitama prefecture) based on the timing. All of them have a strong soba aroma, are thin and chewy, and are delicious.

Even with the special salt, the bonito stock works well, and the taste is soft and delicious. It's delicious. I also like the soba soup because it is sticky.

In other reviews, the sake and appetizers are highly rated and seem to be well stocked, so I would like to make a reservation for the evening and visit again.
