One of the best Cantonese restaurant in Macao. Dimsum here was amazing. So delicious. Artistic preparation. We were happy with every dish we had. Deserts were very good as well. Nice atmosphere. Attentive and good service-minded staffs. Reasonable prices.

I recently dined at The Eight in Macao, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks in large part to the impeccable service provided by Kelly.

Despite us arriving late, Kelly greeted us with patience and warmth, ensuring we never felt rushed during our meal. Her attentiveness to our needs was remarkable—she seemed to anticipate our preferences before we even voiced them.

What truly stood out was her thoughtfulness when I needed time to review the receipt. Without hesitation, she offered to print an English version to make it easier for me, a small but incredibly considerate gesture that elevated our dining experience. Kelly’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests made our visit unforgettable.

The Eight’s exquisite cuisine paired with service of this caliber truly deserves its Michelin-starred reputation. Kelly is an absolute gem, and I will definitely recommend The Eight to friends and family for both its exceptional food and outstanding service.

Came to Macau to experience Cantonese cuisine at its finest and The Eight delivered. We selected signature dishes only and really enjoyed the exquisiteness of the food. The chicken soup has a tofu created like a chrysanthemum flower and the soft texture and balanced taste of the fish ball provided a nice contrast. I also loved the vegetable that was very simply prepared and served in a bowl of the finest milled rice congee paste that added such a pure and clean richness to the dish.

Located inside Grand Lisboa Hotel.
Hard to get a booking as it is quite a popular Chinese restaurant. So it is better to place a reservation in advance.
Service was excellent, the staff was friendly and approachable. The food was great, simply delicious. Flavourful and pleasing to the eyes.
Tried their recommended tea selections too.
The restaurant also gave complimentary appetisers and desserts, which was enjoyable. I found the complimentary milk tea tasted good.
In short, great restaurant to dine in.
Strongly recommended.
