Okay, so this is the highly anticipated review of the michelin's Bib restaurant in Bodrum. We went there, given all the good reviews. I'll give my honest review here:

The majority of the mezes are delicious, and it does have that unique taste, and you just got wow and want to order more. Having said that, some of the other cold mezes were so and so, but they have plenty of options to choose from, so it's really up to you. The hot mezes are a bigger portion and also very tasty.
The disappointment was the Mains, and they were both very standard dishes and taste given the price tag. I guess people go there just to have the mezes.
The staff are friendly and they explain the mezes very well. The wine list is good with local Turkish wine, which is nice. You will need to reserve, otherwise hard to get a table, but walk-in is also fine, too.
Overall, 4 out of 5. Highly recommend if mezes are your thing :)

Best food we had in Turkey. Very well done and different to all the touristic restaurants around. The service was great, prices reasonable and the view 😮‍💨… too beautiful!

It's quite overpriced for the quality of food. Food isn't bad but very small portion - will not keep you full (this is after we had 2 starters as well as mains and I'm a small woman). They also charge service fee per person for sitting inside even though it wasn't warm at all. Staff is friendly tho. The ambience wasn't great either.

Hot, wet, smelly garbage. DO NOT VISIT!!!

Service: Server was inattentive. We waited 45 minutes after the last serving to even see our server to ask for the check.

Food: tasty as most other well rated restaurants in the area (and outside the area. But the portions were ABSOLUTELY terrible for the price. Mezze for six adults at over 2k lira could (maybe?) feed four children at ages 3-5.

Price: TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! If you enjoy setting money on fire just to watch it burn, this place is for you!

In the end, it was a truly awful meal. Based on the past reviews, this “restaurant” (more like dog food factory) must have fallen further into the bowels of hell than the devil himself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The story and description behind the food is what sets the standards, when the food comes with the corollary experience is what makes the story telling worth it. Rather than some waffle, this is why locals come here and no fish and chips; eating at the main Bodrum strip. The setting is surreal esp as 6.30 pm make sure to reserve a table.
