We had a private tour at Chateau Minuty, which was hosted by Pauline.

The tour was incredibly informative and Pauline was a fantastic host. There was no question that went unanswered and it was clear that she had a passion for her work.  Whilst we wish we could all speak fluent French, we sadly cannot.  Pauline’s English language was excellently executed, which was very much appreciated by our group.

For such a prestigious and well-known brand, it was really reassuring to know that the family owners continue to have heavy involvement in the running of the business.  Their passion for wine is invaluable in producing the perfect product.

I learned about what to look for in a wine to suit my own palette, as well as what distinguishes the several variations of their wines.

The morning was brilliant value for money and Minuty will have customers for life in us.

Layla made the tour! The tour is such a bargain and so much fun. There is so much beautiful history. I highly recommend the tour with Layla before lunch or dinner as it gets you going. We had the best time!!! 5 stars all around.

After a big day of driving and adventuring, this was the perfect stopover to slow down and enjoy a wine🍷 Clara was amazing in teaching us all about the varietals and local highlights. Thank you for having us!

Very good looking cave. The Blanc et Or is worth trying and buying. Taste will always be  something to debate on. A special white wine for which the grapes are picked which are more to the sea and therefor a more mineral or salty after taste. Good with 'fruits de mer'
