Best meal we have had in a week of being in Italy! We had 3 different dishes that the three of us shared and each was amazing in its own way! The Carbonara, Amatriciana and the Pesto - absolutely amazing flavours! The host was extremely welcoming, funny and informative! Do not miss this one!!

The stuff is amazing! They will welcome you in the restaurant and explain the menu in detail. The best pasta I have ever eaten🤩 I can’t wait to come back and try more. They have gluten free options too

Came here 7 years ago and it stayed in my head rent-free ever since.

Finally managed to visit again yesterday. While it is no longer has the rustic hole-in-the-wall vibes and is more like a proper eatery, the carbonara stays as the absolutely pinnacle of Italian pasta and the price is still somehow cheaper than every other pasta restaurant in Rome.

This place is a landmark. Make it a priority to drop by. And come early to queue.

This famous restaurant has its own unique system. Before being seated, the manager explained it to us. However, since it’s a common system in my country, it was easy to understand and accept.

He also mentioned that authentic carbonara in Italy is completely different from the versions I’ve had in other countries. But since I was excited to try the real, traditional carbonara, I ordered it—and it tasted just as I had imagined! I was completely satisfied with the dish.

I also recommend trying the salad here. The dressing was simply salt and olive oil, allowing me to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the fresh vegetables. I absolutely loved it!

Hands down, the best restaurant I tried in Rome. Every dish was outstanding—you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff was incredibly attentive and made the experience even better. And the tiramisu… absolutely the best I’ve ever had. If you’re in the city, this place is a must-visit!
