Villa del Vascello attuale è attualmente sede del Grande Oriente d'Italia e nacque su un progetto di Plautilla Bricci, la prima architettrice italiana.
Quella che si vede ora era il casale della villa, che fu completamente distrutta durante gli scontri del 1848/49 e di cui rimane solo un muretto basso.
Il giardino è estremamente curato e suggestivo, per cui da solo vale la visita.

Villa del Vascello is currently the seat of the Grand Orient of Italy and was born on a project by Plautilla Bricci, the first Italian architect.
What you see now was the farmhouse of the villa, which was completely destroyed during the clashes of 1848/49 and of which only a low wall remains.
The garden is extremely well-kept and evocative, making it worth the visit alone.
