Excellent restaurant. Strong and good flavors. The best Michelin restaurant I ate at in Italy without a doubt. The service was excellent, and the food was just perfect. I think my partner's vegetarian dishes were much less successful, but for those who eat meat and fish - this is an outstanding experience. (I took the standard tasting menu which costs 115 euros and it was amazing. And my friend took the vegetarian tasting menu which was unsuccessful at 98 euros.  Those who eat everything and take the usual will have a great time )

The amazing Ristorante All'Oro is found within a hotel.

My first impression was waiting outside, clicking on the buzzer for 3-4 times until someone opened the gates for me. It took a while but I got in.

The staff was very nice, professional, and always smiling.

The food was great. No doubt this is one of the better places I've been to in a while.
And I must say that the price is OK for what you get, so that's a bonus too.

I had their "experience" menu (can't remember what it was called).
The choices of food were very good, and the waiter had very good recommendations.

I would definitely recommend my friends to come to All'Oro.

We dined here for the last meal of our trip and it was a very fun experience. I loved the presentation of the food and the direction we were given on how to consume it to have the best experience. The menu was creative and had more personality than my other fine dining experience. However many of the dishes were SALTY. My general consensus
is Italy in general seems to use more salt than I’m used to but many of these dishes were more heavily salted than expected which ruined it a little. They weren’t as balanced as much as they should have been for such fine dining. I didn’t catch our server’s name but she was such a delight; she explained the dishes and always checked in on us. I would go again to experience other items on the menu and just hope there’s less salt.

What a genuine surprise for my 31st birthday!

That carbonara in the espresso cup was such a great play on temperate and element of surprise. The service team was very attentive and kept me entertained even tho I was solo diner.
