We sat at the counter close to the kitchen. We had the chance to watch the chef work, very focused and smiling all the time! Amazing service by Pietro and Ariana. The Quadrotti was one of the best things I ever ate in my life! Thank you Gagini team for the amazing experience!

Incredible fine dining experience. Onion and sausage dish was incredible as was the black pork and all the other dishes. Bread was sensational.

Amazing restaurant in Palermo,  hard to find gem in the city.  The tasting menu at €110, was a bargain, serious creation in the dishes. The harmony of taste was unreal, the tasting menu was six courses, and definitely it was worth the money and a portions and flavors were wonderful.

We had the one star Michelin dinner in Taormina’s Principe Cerami the night before, this place is  so much better. Highly recommended.

Note: My experience took place in May 2022, and I posted the review immediately afterward. I’m not sure why Google recently updated the date. The restaurant has claimed it will report my review to the authorities to have it taken down. The discrepancy in the date is not my fault, as it seems to be a system glitch. However, I have now clearly stated the time of the experience in my review.

We had a 6-course menu with wine pairings. I think the wine was excellent. Although the food was well cooked, it was boring. The service was quite clumsy. One of the wine glasses was not clean. Overall, I was not satisfied, and in my opinion, the restaurant does not deserve a Michelin star.
