Had high expectations but the overall service and atmosphere failed to deliver.
Is this the best dining Halmstad can deliver?
Based on how the meny is priced I expected a higher standard than what was delivered.
Our waiter did not in any way help us decide on food or matching wine. Drinks were basics and we felt overall lost as customers.
The oysters were the highlight of the night as all other dishes were basic and not up to standard.
I would not recommend Fyr, purely based on price versus quality of food and service. It is a shame as the location is picture perfect.

Superb experience! Delicious food, excellent location and ambience, warm- welcoming staff. One star less is only for the portion size of the main course. Would strongly recommend, if you'd like to make an evening special!

3 gången vi är här, och varit så nöjda varje gång. Toppen service, maten håller toppklass. Få rätter på menyn är bara en fördel, finns något som passar alla.
Även så trevligt med de runda borden för större sällskap.

Deras signaturostron är ett måste att prova!

3 times we have been here, and have been so satisfied each time. Top service, the food is top class. Few dishes on the menu is just an advantage, there is something to suit everyone.
Also so nice with the round tables for larger groups.
