"I had an exceptional dining experience at Masala library by jiggs kalra The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding,  being a highlight - it was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The ambiance was also impressive, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

Surprisingly, this place is not shown on Google Maps which is why I am posting my reviews here. My observations are as follows.

1.	It’s an overrated, overhyped restaurant. Interiors are just average, staff is average, so much so, that they do not know about the dishes on the menu. The toilet/washroom is below par.

2.	One dish ( some crisp aloo chaat ) which should have been served hot, was served half hot, half cold. On asking the waiter, it was told that the dish is usually served cold which is beyond our culinary understanding.

3.	While pouring water into the glasses, half of it was spilled on the table. Similarly, while serving the drinks one by two, the waiter chose to do it in front of us and in the process, spilled half of it on the floor.

4.	Dessert didn’t seem fresh.

On top of all the above, they didn’t hesitate to bill us the service charge at a whooping rate of 10% of the bill which we had to get removed from the bill.

Dining here is not just about the food but it's a panoramic experience . Each table has a private server who would make sure you have a pleasant meal. I had the 19 course set meal. I would surely recommend a first time visitor to try it. The 19 course will introduce you to vast cuisines available in the country. The flavors are authentic and do justice to each region they come from, while the presentation is modern. One dish that stood out for me was the lobster in coconut sauce which was part of the main course. They have limited seating,  so they ensure that each customer gets the perfect treatment.

From the moment you step through the door you know that you are in for a unique dining experience. This is inventive Indian cuisine given a modern makeover. Scrumptious food meets great ambience meets exceptional service under one roof at The Masala Library. I thoroughly enjoyed the 19 course meal (A la Carte is also available). The food was exquisite, the servers were brilliant, they explained in detail about the ingredients used to prepare the dishes and historical significance. It is fair to say that the lunch could be described as a journey into one of the finest dining experiences anyone can ever have. When in Delhi, this is a must visit place.
