The waiters are well-trained, and there are differences in different positions. As long as you observe carefully, you can observe it. Delicious seafood meals that leaves you so stuffed that you can barely walk out the door! My favorite dish of the night was the Taiwanese mullet roe - perfectly crisp in the outside and just soft enough in the middle to contrast. I still dream of this!
