Brilliant. We loved all of it. The beer was good but the staff were brilliant. You need to go for the obvious scotch egg and donuts but after that go for the specials and anything that will go well with a night of beer. I think the scotch egg was the best I’ve ever had and the vanilla donut was in the top 5 (restaurant St. John, London being the best). This place is definitely worth a visit

I came here for lunch because of the good reviews and my curiosity to try scotch eggs. My first impression upon walking inside was that this place is unpretentious. I like that. The staff are smiley, helpful, and speak good English. I was not disappointed. The scotch eggs are simply delectable! Paired with a mastuška beer, it's heaven for the taste buds. The kobliha was messy to eat but so delicious and it was obviously freshly made. I will definitely be back.

small door but surprise inside, beautiful and quiet courtyard, delicious and special food. the most special is Scott Egg.Everything is perfect.

I had lunch here with two friends today. It was a disaster.

Our coffees were brought to us in chipped crockery and then we waited over 30 minutes for three scotch eggs. After we asked about our food, they admitted that they forgot our order, so we waited some more. Finally, the food arrived, served on two plates rather than a plate each. What were we supposed to do? Collectively dig in? Perhaps normal etiquette doesn't apply here, but most restaurants provide each guest with their own plate.

The eggs were excellent, but we'd waited for almost 45 minutes for them. We were hungry, thoroughly annoyed and just wanted to leave. The staff were not particularly apologetic, although they did waive the cost of the coffee. We took doughnuts to go, which were excellent, and somewhat removed the bitter taste of our restaurant experience.

These guys need to improve their customer service, particularly if they want to continue charging the prices that they charge.
