Großartiges Restaurant mit Kaiseki Küche. Wir haben das Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt und haben einen großartigen Abend dort verbracht. Am Vorabend hatten wir im Nadaman Restaurant im Imperial Hotel in Tokyo ein Kaiseki Abendessen gegessen, das sehr gut war, aber dieses Restaurant war noch besser! Der Koch beherrscht sein Handwerk meisterhaft, verwendet ausgezeichnete Zutaten und arrangiert die Speisen in sehr ansprechendem Geschirr mit künstlerischer Freude am Detail. Man sitzt klassisch japanisch nebeneinander an der Theke und es ist ein Erlebnis, dem Meister bei der Zubereitung der Gerichte zuzusehen. Fast alle Speisen sind auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Koch bereitet übrigens seine „Bottarga“ selbst zu. Ein wirkliches Erlebnis, das seinen Preis Wert ist. Es liegt zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber der Weg mit dem Taxi aus Ginza von 10-15 Minuten zahlt sich aus. Wenn wieder in Tokio, dann werde ich sicher wieder im Takahara essen.

Great restaurant with Kaiseki cuisine. We discovered the restaurant by chance and had a great evening there. The night before we had a kaiseki dinner at the Nadaman Restaurant in the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, which was very good, but this restaurant was even better! The chef is a master of his craft, uses excellent ingredients and arranges the dishes in very attractive dishes with an artistic delight in detail. You sit next to each other at the counter in classic Japanese style and it is an experience to watch the master prepare the dishes. Almost all dishes can be seen in the photos. By the way, the chef prepares his “bottarga” himself. A real experience that is worth the price. It's not in the center, but the 10-15 minute taxi ride from Ginza is worth it. If I'm in Tokyo again, I'll definitely eat at Takahara again.

注文した松花堂弁当は美しい器とお料理が並ぶもの。
いろんな種類のおかずを少しずつ楽しめます。
優しい味、旨味の味は、これぞ和食ですよね～と言いたくなる美味しさ。
身体のなかにすーっと入っていく感覚ですね。
思わずお代わりしてしまったご飯も、土鍋で炊いた甘さ際立つもの。
食後には青梅のデザートでしめて、暑い日なのに清々しい気分になれました♪
