Highly creative, Romain’s cuisine is trailblazing new horizons combining simplicity, naturalité and intensity.
We took a little promenade in the woods with nettle, French beans, veal and à smoked millefeuille from another world.
Highly recommended!

A wonderful gustatory experience to remember!  It was one of the best and definitely the most original meal I've had in Nantes. We went for the special seasonal menu themed around game meat. Very impressive flavours and pairings (the most memorable for me: the hare à la royale, the pâté en croûte, the little bites at the beginning of the meal such as a kind of frozen beetroot candy, the little tarts with wild herbs and the guimauve with pine needles' infusion at the end of the meal). The wine recommendation went perfectly with the two main plates since they shared the same wild berries notes. The whole meal was a flawless mix of tradition and creativity.

Had lunch on inpulse. Beautiful food. But unfortunately quite under-seasoned and tasteless. Service was good but waiting over 15 minutes to receive the menu is a little long for a quiet lunchtime.
