My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel La Gemma, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. This hotel is the definition of luxury, with impeccable service, elegant rooms, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Florence.

But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the food—hands down, the best meals we have ever had! Every dish was crafted to perfection, showcasing the finest local ingredients and flavors. Whether it was breakfast, a casual bite, or a full dining experience, each meal felt like a masterpiece.

Beyond the food, the staff at Hotel La Gemma went above and beyond to ensure we made the most of our time in Florence. Their recommendations for things to do, from hidden gems to iconic landmarks, were spot-on and helped us experience the city in a way we never could have on our own.

Our stay at Hotel La Gemma was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect location—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel like a serene escape.

The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The breakfast was an absolute highlight each morning, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Starting our day with such a feast set the tone for wonderful adventures.

We were also absolutely thrilled with our stunning two-bedroom suite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with all the comforts we could have hoped for. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the ambiance was so relaxing.

We can’t recommend Hotel La Gemma enough! It was the perfect place for our getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

This is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. I truly felt at home here. I can’t wait to see this hotel expand and open more branches across Italy—I’ll definitely be back! Thank you for making my first visit to Florence an unforgettable experience!

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Florence.  Very nice room with comfortable bed and clean facilities.  The staff was very responsive to everything we needed, and the hotel serves an excellent breakfast to its customers.  Five stars!

Eduardo is the heart and soul of La Gemma Hotel. He’s so hospitable and kind, it’s like he was born to run this place. The whole family is amazing, but Eduardo really stands out… he’s going to have a bright future for sure.

They upgraded me to a stunning two bedroom suite that’s spotless and beautifully designed by their talented daughter. Honestly, this place is mind-blowing. If you’re coming to Florence, skip the rest and book La Gemma. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.
