The hotel is very nice, but as it’s older is in need of  some minor fixes here and there. Nothing major though. The breakfast was included for my status, but didn’t have a lot of variety/especially veg options for the class of hotel. The staff was excellent! It is a ways from the city center, but close to the train station and in a relatively quiet area. We would stay again!

I connected with Giorgia in Guest Relations at the hotel a few weeks out to make sure our special trip to Florence was set up for an unforgettable stay. She was fantastic from the first email to the minute we checked out. Giorgia went out of her way for us and ensured we had the most incredible stay. I paid for a top tier room and when we arrived she personally walked us up to her favorite with views of the city that brought tears to my girlfriend’s eyes. The property, our room and balcony with views were all beautiful. Finally, I coordinated with Giorgia to have our room decorated while we were out for our engagement. When we came back to our room, we were blown away! Decorations included rose petals spelling out congrats, a printed photo of our engagement inside a large rose petal heart, long stemmed roses and champagne. The presentation was perfect! The entire staff was terrific, but our special thanks to Giorgia for her exceptional service and thoughtfulness!

Great property if you’re visiting Florence.  Easy walking distance to all sights. Request a room overlooking the pool / courtyard / Harry’s Bar. Simone and the restaurant team do a great job with breakfast and cappuccinos. Excellent service all around. And the finishing touch is an actual metal key that they hold at the front desk for you when you leave the property.

This was a truly spectacular hotel, one that I will be thinking about for years to come. Stayed at many five star hotels across Europe for my honeymoon, and this one was clearly a cut above the rest. They truly went out of their way to make our trip special, and the hotel just had a uniquely classic charm. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

Overall I had a wonderful stay here. Got upgraded due to titanium status and the room was generously spacious and very clean. The staff on property was very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast could be improved as the choices are quite limited and at times not very appetizing.

We stayed 3 nights as a couple.  The lobby iand grounds are nice. The front desk staff are nice as well.  Our room was spacious with a balcony and view however the rooms are a bit tired and our room smelled so bad.  Literally smelled like a dirty baby diaper.  May have been mold or something but was overwhelmingly smelly. Breakfast is a complete joke at a cost of €38 pp  The buffet was just terrible. Fruit was not fresh, raw bacon, nasty looking eggs and stale pastries. Restaurant staff were surly and rude. Save your money.  Bar was a joke.  We sat outside and for +€20 per cocktail, no table service, snacks, nothing.  Had to go in to get beverages from bartender.   Again don’t waste your money.  Parking is in a garage at around €45/day.  I wanted to like it but just didn’t.
