Excellent experience, 5 star service and everything, in addition checking on us is everything okay, compliments, location and the view to the ocean and pool also amazing. Working stuff very helpful, welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, very big variety from to choose. Definitely recommend, and would stay again!

Good hotel with the coast. Not a fare  away from the airport. Nice view, good service. Clean and comfortable.  Breakfast one of the best in the world. It have been great time here. Thanks 🥰

Great location just ten minutes walk from the  some of the main streets. The hotel looks great from the outside but needs some updating, the rooms could gain from a complete makeover, they were clean but not keeping with the expectations of a five star hotel. The breakfast was busy in the morning after 9 and some of the food could be warmer.
The hotel was tastefully decorated for Christmas and the staff were brilliant.

We stayed for two weeks. Can't fault the location. Perfect access to the City, Old Town, Port and easy pick up for yours etc. (assuming you don't mind walking). There are taxi's and bus stops right outside the hotel.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

However, the Hotel itself seems quite dated. For example the carpet in our room was quite worn and we had the odd stain on our bedsheets. We also didn't get the tea/coffee topped up and it wasn't clear how we went about this.

We had the 'City view' which means we were overlooking the street. I liked the view, however it was noisy at night (traffic, people etc).

We were B&B and the breakfast was good. I thought the range and variety was sufficient to cater for most people and I had no issue with the quality. Like any hotel, you do need to time your visit to the buffet to avoid the busy times.

One other consideration was the WiFi in our room - the signal was poor. Could be a problem if you are planning to work remotely.

Quite nice hotel. Advertised as five star, maybe it was when it was built 50 years ago, but would struggle to get four stars now. Food was good, but not enough selections. Gym is very poor. Good location,  10 minutes walk to town. Nice staff.
