This hotel is a wonderful place for families. The staff are so friendly and kind, the kids had a wonderful time in the pool and getting their popsicles! Not only do they look after the kids, the team also make sure that the adults are well looked after as well. In a terrific spot right near Hollywood. Highly recommend!

The service at this hotel is exceptional. My step son (7) was made to feel special every day, at each point of our trip. He particularly loved Nick and Kevin- they made the experience unforgettable. The location is fantastic to all the main Hollywood attractions and rooms were huge. Could not recommend it highly enough.

Five stars for excellent service and a very nice first impression by the front desk. The amenities are excellent and very family friendly. My family loved the extras like the movie nights, snacks, soda and soft serve!

As far as the rooms go, it was a little underwhelming. The master bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were fine but the living room needed some work. I'd suggest repainting throughout, new furniture in living and dining areas and a new living room rug. I think if there was a room remodel with new paint and furniture, we would stay again and would recommend a visit to others.

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The staff were so kind - especially Alex! He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and he made great suggestions for dinner while shuttling us to the Magic Castle! The shower in our room left a bit to be desired - the water was either very very hot  or very cold, and there wasn't very good water pressure. But that was the only part of our stay that wasn't enjoyable - otherwise everything was amazing!

Excellent location. Close to shops, Walk of Fame and much more. Rooms are large and ideal for families. The setting is that of Melrose place which makes it Cosy and inviting. You'd be able to keep an eye on your kids in the pool from most rooms. Unlimited snacks and treats available all day from the reception desk. Good atmophere and friendly staff. Great continental breakfast to start the days adventure.
