Amazing food and atmosphere spoiled by poor service.
Attended this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel concierge.
It’s in a great location and the room and patio are stunning.
The menu is varied with excellent choices.
Bar has various options and an extensive wine list.
What really let this place down was the service.
When we arrived there were tables seated after us who had orders taken and served before we had our orders taken. We had ordered a drink that needed to be asked for twice and even then I had to go to the bar to request they actually bring the order.

The croquettes were delicious and highly recommended.  The salmon was fresh and really well balanced with the salad.

The pizzas were delicious despite being served cold.
Loved the pumpkin on a pizza giving a delicious sweetness. Can recommend it.

Overall the site and the food is amazing. This was marred by poor service and a clearly angry waitress who was not supported by her team. Slammed plates and withering looks are really unappreciated no matter the cost of the meal.

Delicious, chic and great service. Large restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Excellent menu. You must try the Trofie Pesto pasta, the Tortelloni, the tomato focaccia and the Stracciatella pizza. They also offer a great selection of wines and cocktails.

Very good burrata and smoked mozzarella. The truffle tagliolini wasn't any special though, the truffle wasn't fresh and the dish pretty bland, not much truffle flavour.

There are so many more interesting places to eat in Florence, why would you eat at this chain pizza place? Their gimmick is fresh mozzarella. And yes, it was quite good. But mozzarella is so simple. The pizza was fine but not terrific. The outdoor seating is in a nice area but the indoors has no love.

The worst problem is the staff, only place I've been in Italy yet where the waiters didn't know their job. They were helpful enough if you told them what to do but were completely clueless.

De vägrade att sitta mig trots att mitt hotell gjort en bokning. De sa att det inte fanns någon sådan reservation trots att jag tydligt hörde hotellpersonalen bekräfta det. Kan det bero på att jag var en ensam äldre kvinnlig restaurang? Vad det än var för anledning, så var det utomordentligt oförskämt.

Spenderar tid i Italien med vänner för 2 veckor av nöje och mat. I Florens och bestämde mig för att äta på Obica i Florens. Detta var den värsta måltid vi någonsin haft i Italien under de 5 gånger vi har varit här! Tre måltider serverades kalla och de andra 3 kom 15 minuter efter att vi serverades och det var hemskt, den enda måltiden som var ätbar var en pizza. Jag kan inte fatta att denna plats fortfarande är i verksamhet. Mitt råd till alla som funderar på att åka hit är att du ändrar dina planer. Skulle ge det en noll översyn men den lägsta poängen är en 1 ! ! ! !

Atmosfären och byggnaden är vacker, men för oss det var där det slutade. Servicen var genomsnittlig. Sallad var inte mycket bättre, och pizzan var tyvärr blöt. Uppsidan är det var tyst och undangömt från rörelse på gatan.

Jag gick till den här restaurangen i maj 2024 . En privat fest ägde rum på gården. Jag kunde sitta inne och jag hade bra service trots festen. Jag åt en sallad och pizza som båda var utmärkta. Jag tog rester tillbaka till mitt hotell. Vid detta besök tog det lång tid för servitören att komma till mitt bord. Det var samma servitör som jag hade året innan! Han var inte upptagen. Jag beställde en flaska kolsyrat vatten. Han ställde den på bordet och gick därifrån. Jag beställde sedan en cocktail och några förrätter. Cocktailen tog lång tid. De nämnde att den skulle komma. Jag sa också att jag ville beställa vin till middagen. Jag åt min cocktail och aptitretare. Förrätten var ok. Inget stod ut, de var mozzarellabollar och burrata. Saker de ska vara kända för. Jag valde tryffelpasta till min förrätt. Jag fick påminna honom om att jag ville ha ett glas vin och sen signalera när jag ville ha ett glas till. Jag fick också en meny helt på engelska som jag inte minns tidigare. Servitören pratade bara med mig på engelska. Visst är jag amerikan, men jag anstränger mig för att säga några fraser och jag uppskattar det i gengäld. Jag minns inget av det förra året. När jag var redo för notan dukade servitören upp bord. Stället var mestadels tomt vid den tidpunkten. Jag var tvungen att flagga ner honom för min check. Jag nämnde att han var min servitör i mitt förra besök. Han log. De flesta där inne var amerikaner eller inte italienare. Men det var en italiensk familj bredvid mig. Vid forskning lärde jag mig denna restaurang är en kedja och har många platser i gateway städer i Europa samt USA - NY. Jag tyckte inte måltid var så bra för priset men det uppfyllde mina behov. Det var en lördag kväll , jag hade ingen bokning på grund av oväntade försenad vistelse i Florens och det var nära till mitt hotell och jag var hungrig.

Ät INTE här. Vi blev rekommenderade denna restaurang av vårt hotell och definitivt ångrar att gå! Servicen är genomsnittlig och jag beställde en lasagne som kom kallt. Lasagnens sidor var ljumma men när jag kom närmare mitten var det bara kallt. Jag berättade för servitrisen och hon erbjöd sig att värma upp den men bad inte ens om ursäkt för att lasagnen var kall! Jag sa att jag bara ville att lasagnen skulle tas bort eftersom jag inte ville ha en mikrovågsugn uppvärmd lasagne. En annan servitör kom sedan över och frågade om jag ville ha en ny lasagne, vilket jag tackade nej till och han bad inte om ursäkt för den dåliga matupplevelsen heller. Lasagnen togs bort från notan men kompenserar inte för den dåliga matupplevelsen. Detta var den värsta måltiden vi hade jag Florens!

Trevlig atmosfär i en klassisk miljö. Vi satt på gården för lunch och återvände för middag (inuti) . Servicen var mycket bra. Salladerna var trevliga men huvudrätten var inget speciellt, helt bra men inte en 5-stjärnig måltid. Därav de 4 stjärnorna. Vi skulle besöka igen.

Jag gillade arkitekturen och atmosfären på innergården. Maten var Ok också och menyn variation var tillräckligt för min smak. Jag skulle besöka igen snart.

Jag var ovillig att gå hit första lunch eftersom det såg flott inuti och jag var svettig från promenader till Bisilica Abbazia så San Miniato al Monte! Och de såg mätta ut, men vi kunde sätta oss där inne. Det hade fantastisk atmosfär och maten var otrolig. Jag åt en hamburgare men den var uppfriskande god och utsökt. Den har bara en brödskiva i botten och kom med rostade potatissegment. Jag kunde inte äta allt! Biron var besläktad med köttskivor som bara var gudomliga. Toaletten var på kortsidan som bara hade två bås för damerna i en mycket upptagen cover. Ännu en plats värd ett besök.

Fick ett bord och meny. Blev sen bortglömd. Slutade med att vi lämnade efter 40min. Finns bättre ställen som. Bryr sig om sina kunder.

Vi beställde två pizza som båda var smaklösa och inte den upplevelse vi hoppades på. Jag skulle inte rekommendera att komma hit agin. Det finns så många lokala restauranger som serverar mycket bättre mat och vin i och runt området.

Fantastisk trendig restaurang på innergården och inne. Maten var fantastisk från början till slut med utmärkt vänlig service. Rekommenderar starkt.

Bra ställe för enkel och högkvalitativ lunch i centrum av staden. Vi har haft olika mozarella- och svart tryffelpizza. Ung och trevlig personal är mycket hjälpsam. Måttligt pris med bra atmosfär. Tack

Vi stötte på denna plats och fick en sen lunch här. Den färska mozzarellaen är underbar! ! Våra huvudrätter var fantastiska, men Mozzarella är ett måste när du kommer hit! !

Såg denna plats precis av en slump eftersom det var tvärs över gatan från vårt hotell. Fantastisk mat och bra service, men lite högt om du vill prata och inte råkar vara under 30 år. Massor av lokalbefolkningen är alltid ett bra tecken. Mycket modernt och hip

Härligt ställe mitt i city, skönt ställe att ”trilla” in på efter en dag i Florens. Modern restaurang med hög puls och mycket lokala människor, skön musik goda drinkar och självklart god mat! Hit går jag gärna när jag är själv i Florens för att ta ett glas på innergården och bara titta på folk;)
