My friend and I visited the restaurant to celebrate her birthday. The staff was attentive, providing excellent service. The food and wine were delicious, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of French cuisine. The beautiful, vintage interior added to the charm - it was a pleasure to spend time there. I highly recommend this restaurant! It was a planned stop as part of my walk through Paris, and I came here specifically to have lunch at this historic place and see Napoleon’s hat. I strongly recommend trying the dishes from the historical section of the menu - without a doubt, you must try the calf’s head. It’s one of those rare moments when you feel like crying with happiness over a plate, and the taste stays with you for the life. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was warm and welcoming. I’m already planning to come back!

4,3/5 Le Procope is a truly charming restaurant, often said to be the oldest in Paris. Legend has it that Napoleon himself was a frequent visitor here, and you can even see his hat on display. Given its long history, the restaurant is filled with fascinating memorabilia and photos, adding to its unique character.

The service was excellent, with very polite staff, though the speed could use some improvement. It took about an hour for our dishes to arrive. We ordered escargot, beef stew, and tartare. While the tartare didn’t quite meet our expectations, earning it a 4/5, the service deserved a solid 4.5/5.

The atmosphere, however, was absolutely exceptional and fully deserving of a perfect 5/5. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. It’s an authentic and unique spot I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris.

Lovely experience celebrating our daughter’s birthday on our last night in Paris.
Escargot, Langoustine Ravioli, Braised Beef Cheeks, Sweetbread Vol Au Vent were superb! (Our daughter had the Steak Frites and of course had to try a Glacé, which was citrus and delicious). Service was very professional, which suited the high end style of the restaurant. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion when in Paris.

I made a reservation to make sure we would be dinning here. The table location was good and the restaurant decoration too. The food was amazing, The dauphin ravioli starter was the most delicious part of our whole meal however, I would not order dessert again as it was not for my taste even though looked very nice, didn’t worth the flavour. Make sure when ordering water to ask for tap water. Great experience overall.
